Brenna continues to be a pillar in the ski racing community and is currently on the Professional Ski Instructors of America’s Alpine Team. She loves to inspire people to not only ski better but to learn to ski to the best of their abilities. She spends her winters traveling and spreading her passion for skiing to fellow instructors and coaching clients in Big Sky and beyond. By sharing her skiing passion and teaching those around her how to properly navigate challenging terrain, she assists skiers by boosting their confidence and helping them achieve their skiing goals with ease.

I am 28 years old, born and raised in the region of Nidwalden Switzerland (the same region as the best racer Marco Odermatt (FIS) and Freerider World Tour Champion 2023 Maxim Chabloz). I was a ski racer until 15 years old until, I had an accident that took me out of professional ski racing. But I didn't lose my passion for skiing, I started to be active in freestyle and I took part in several contests. After a while, I discovered freeriding, which I still enjoy, and compete in the Freeride World Qualifiers. My home ski resort is Engelberg Titlis, world-famous for freeriding. I have the whole education as a swiss ski instructor and in winter I work for the swiss ski school in Engelberg. In summer I like to be in nature and the mountains. I love mountain biking, although I have to admit it's more downhill riding. My 2nd hobby is mountain biking I work in the summer as a mountain bike guide.

With 30 years of experience in snow sports instruction, skiing and coaching are not just my job or seasonal hustle, they are my life. I spend the whole year looking for ways to improve my knowledge, understanding, and, my personal performance so that I can help others achieve their skiing goals. I am the Deer Valley Ski School Training Manager, a member of the PSIA-AASI National Team, and, a Rollerblade Skate to Ski Ambassador. When I’m not coaching or skiing with my family, I try to get as much backcountry vertical as possible.
